Bathroom Faucet is composed of the main body, valve core, handle, water filter, water outlet, installation components, etc. Some faucets also have check valves, bubblers, fixing bolts, fixing copper sheets, gaskets, bent feet, hoses, through gauges, stop gauges, etc. Different faucets will be slightly different.
The core part of the faucet is the valve core. The valve core is the heart of the faucet, controlling the water flow switch, flow rate and the mixing ratio of hot and cold water. The quality of the valve core determines the functional reliability and service life of the faucet.
The valve core of the faucet is divided into rubber valve core, shaft roller valve core, ceramic valve core and stainless steel ball valve core according to the material, and divided into manual valve core, thermostatic valve core and magnetic induction valve core according to the use function.
Most faucets with rubber cores are cast iron faucets that open with a spiral, and are now basically eliminated; ceramic valve cores are a new generation of valve core materials with good sealing performance, stable physical properties, and long service life. They are generally required to be able to open and close more than 300,000 times. Calculated by opening and closing 30 times a day, they can be guaranteed to be leak-free for more than 20 years. Most of the faucets sold on the market now are ceramic valve core faucets.
Ceramic valve cores mainly have five different diameters: 25mm, 35mm, 40mm, 42mm and 47mm.
